  • Fever
  • Pain in the testicles or in the scrotum
  • Whitish. Cloudy or watery discharge from the tip of the penis

The infection can pass through the male reproductive tract and cause infections of the testicles (orchids) or epididymis (epididymitis). Some patients may develop long-term reactive arthritis and infertility.
